- Porter, pony, horse, cable car, boat, train ticket, and air ticket charges.

- No refund provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled date.

There is no luxury facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed in kedarnath yatra package.
The Government of India gave a directive. It applies to all Indian and Foreign Nationals. They must provide proper ID at check-in. Valid identification documents are: a passport and visa together, a voters ID card, a current driver’s license, and an Aadhar card. All the documents must include a photograph.
Hotels, camps, or any type of accommodation can deny stay if valid ID is not provided. The company bears no responsibility for any issues related to identification proof.
Generally hotels in India have a check-in time of 14:00 hrs and a checkout time of 11:00 hrs. Please note: early check-in or late checkout may cost extra. This is if not included in the booking cost. If you want free early check-in or late checkout, please contact the hotel.
- If the package includes meals, we will serve them based on a set menu in a buffet or fixed meal. credit. At the time of consumption, we will charge extra for any items that are not on the ideal Buffet/Fixed menu. Hotels set the menu and its options. Some hotels have a Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low hotel occupancy. The hotel sets the meal credit amount. If the bill goes over it, the extra is paid at the hotel. Many hotels charge an extra fee for room service or food packaging. Normally in Chardham, you get north Indian food. Most standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are in package.
Breakfast is from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM. Dinner is from 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Contact the hotel about the timing.)
Normally, for an extra bed in double rooms, many hotels have a rollaway bed. The rest provide only an extra mattress. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance.
In hill areas or Chardham, many hotels lack AC. If you need AC, ask the company about it. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi and room heaters are usually chargeable. But, don’t expect reliable WiFi connections in Chardham hotels. This is due to network issues most of the time.
Most Chardham hotels are not open year-round. So, don’t expect service and room quality like you get in Haridwar and Rishikesh for the same price. This is especially true in May, June, and other busy days. Budget hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotels in Haridwar. Rishikesh or Delhi. Also, if you want to stay at good hotels with good reviews, you need to book at least 3 months before in May and June. In October and November, book 1-2 months before. Good hotels are mostly booked then. in advance by groups. In Kedarnath, there are only basic dharamshalas and budget hotels. Even if you have a luxury package, don’t expect deluxe rooms.
Vehicle Terms & Conditions:
The air conditioning will not work in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped/parked. Hills start from Dehradun onwards. They also start from Rishikesh onwards. AC will not work beyond these points.
Visitors are allowed to bring the vehicle to sightseeing points along the route. It is also allowed within the city limits, as mentioned in the itinerary. For additional or off-route sightseeing, contact the company. No refund is possible if a specific sightseeing point is not covered. Tell the company in advance or discuss with them for any excursions. Cover nearby sightseeing points together. Adjustments can be made if there are issues with a place on the Chardham route. The place is not directly on the way.
If the breakdown is due to technical issues, we will try to arrange another vehicle ASAP. The mechanics will repair the vehicle for minor problems that won’t take much time. Please cooperate.
We are not responsible for delays or changes in the program.

Natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, or transport breakdowns.
Weather, sickness, landslides, closures, or blockades due to political unrest or similar incidents.
If the driver is uncooperative, contact the company on the spot.
The driver will not drive in No-entry zones. They will not have to drive on narrow streets or roads that cause traffic jams. The driver’s usual working hours are 12 hours. Tell us ahead of time if you need services for more than 12 hours in a day.
Driving after sunset and playing music is not allowed in some hill areas due to safety concerns. Please cooperate.
Pickup and drop points will be the same. Mention multiple pickups and drops in email before booking.
If you want to visit a place multiple times, mention it in advance. Some places have high parking fees.
The tour route cannot change without notice. Changed routes may cost more.
Rates are subject to change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations in India. If prices increase by more than 5% from the time of booking, we will adjust the rate.
The company reserves the right to provide a similar car if the booked car is unavailable.
At many tourist destinations and hill stations, some roads and markets have signs that say “NO ENTRY”. These signs ban larger tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time. Guests may need to use other transport at an extra cost. They must pay directly. This cost is not in the base package.
Sometimes, the parking is far from the sights. Guests need to reach it at their own cost.
No refund for a short stay or unutilized facilities.
We do not offer refunds for events beyond our control. These events include bad weather, landslides, and natural disasters. They also include fire, embargoes, and decisions beyond our control.
